10 Years and Still Going STRONG
Ten years ago, Autumn Calabrese launched her first BODi program, 21 Day Fix. In the decade since, it has continued to break new ground.
People asked for more — not just more workouts but harder ones, too — and thus came 21 Day Fix EXTREME. Then we re-captured the magic of those programs with workouts that our members could follow along to in real time.
And most recently, Autumn brought her program back in the form of the 21 Day Fix Super Block, which features five workouts a week for three weeks, followed by an “UP Week” (which stands for “unconditional progress”) to reset and recover.
Ten years later, millions of people are still crushing their goals one workout at a time.
Starting 21 Day Fix
First things first: Pat yourself on the back. Prioritizing your health is a huge step in the right direction, but it takes commitment. Start by familiarizing yourself with the 21 Day Fix Nutrition Plan, which will help you calculate your calorie target, determine your Portion-Control Container count and stay on track with weight loss.
21 Day Fix Resources
Make grocery shopping more efficient with the 21 Day Fix Grocery List.
An easy way to keep track of your daily containers.
Stay ahead of the game with the 21 Day Fix Meal Planner.
Calculating your Calorie Target & Containers
Your daily calorie target for weight loss will determine which calorie range is right for you.
Track Your Progress
Sticking to 21 Day Fix will get you results, but results aren’t only defined by the scale. We’re not saying that you shouldn’t weigh yourself, but that number doesn’t tell the whole story.
Before starting the program, be sure to record your “before” measurements in the Transformation Tracker.
Then, once you’ve finished the 21 days, re-measure the same areas to see your results.
Pro tip: Taking before and after photos and sharing them with #21DayFix is a great way to show your progress and motivate others.
