Creamy Coconut Shake
This Creamy Coconut Shake is the answer whenever your coconut cravings hit.
It packs in plenty of coconuty goodness, thanks to shredded coconut, coconut milk, and coconut extract.
And not only does it taste great, but Vanilla Shakeology also provides protein to keep you satisfied.
Coconut extract can usually be found in the baking section of your local grocery store. Otherwise, you can buy it at baking supply stores.
You could also substitute vanilla extract or almond extract instead; or alternatively, you could simply leave it out altogether.
Shaving a bit of dark chocolate on top of your drink makes it extra indulgent. If you’re fancying a different garnish, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg would pair well.
Creamy Coconut Shake
This Creamy Coconut Shake with Shakeology packs in plenty of coconutty goodness, thanks to shredded coconut, coconut milk, and coconut extract.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ tsp. pure coconut extract (optional)
- 1 tsp. shaved dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions

Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, coconut, and extract (if desired) in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Garnish with chocolate if desired. Serve immediately.
