Is Exercise the Antidote to Aging?
After age 40, the composition of your skin begins to change. But according to a small study conducted at McMaster University, that might not be inevitable. Researchers discovered that those who exercise have skin similar to that of people in their 20s and 30s. Those who were in their 60s and older who began exercising regularly were able to visibly reverse the effects of aging on their skin and turn the microscopic appearance of their skin back decades.
