Peppermint Mocha Shakeology Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Peppermint Mocha Shakeology
- ½ cup almond flour (55 g)
- ⅓ cup all-natural almond butter (85 g)
- ¼ cup honey (85 g)
- ½ tsp sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- ¼ cup mini semisweet (or dark) chocolate chips (45 g)
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (20 g)
Instructions

Place Shakeology, almond flour, almond butter, honey, and salt in a foodprocessor; cover. Pulse to combine.

Add chocolate chips. Pulse until chips are blended through evenly.

Roll into twelve balls, about 1-inch in diameter each, coating in shredded coconut to finish.

Place in an airtight container; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
