Shamrock Smoothie
This shamrock-colored smoothie is made with kiwi, lots of fresh mints, and a touch of maple syrup.
The flavor is light and refreshing and sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth any day of the year.
For extra festive cheer, we made this Shamrock Smoothie with Vanilla Shakeology, but it tastes great with Strawberry Shakeology, too!
Shamrock Smoothie
Raise a green healthy smoothie to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 2 medium kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, kiwi, spinach, mint, and maple syrup, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
