Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
- 1 cup / 85 g frozen cauliflower florets (or cauliflower rice)
- ⅓ cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ large banana
Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, cauliflower, yogurt, and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
