Braised Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 medium head green cabbage cut in half, core removed, sliced
- 1 cup low-sodium organic vegetable (or chicken) broth
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Place cabbage in large baking dish; top with broth. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover baking dish tightly with foil.

Bake for 1 hour, turn cabbage wedges with tongs. Bake for 15 to 20 additional minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
