Chocolate Chia Parfait

It may look like a luxurious indulgence, but this Chocolate Chia Parfait is so easy to put together. All you need is five ingredients, five minutes of prep, and an hour to chill.
Chocolate Chia Parfait
This chia parfait with Chocolate Shakeology is super easy to make and super delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ⅓ cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup / 75 g fresh blueberries
Instructions

Add almond milk, Shakeology, and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir until well mixed and no lumps remain. Seal jar.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight).

Layer with yogurt and blueberries just before serving.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
