Cocoa-Cherry Hazelnut Fro-Yo Bark
Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- ¾ cup / 180 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 tsp/ pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup / 155 g fresh (or frozen) cherries, chopped
- 12 unsalted hazelnuts, finely chopped
- Plastic wrap
Instructions

Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined.

Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with cherries and hazelnuts.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
