Snickerdoodle Shakeology creates the base for these pancakes with sweet, creamy vanilla flavor plus cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, while a teaspoon of ginger adds a zippy kick.

Pro tip: You can omit the molasses and instead drizzle 1 tsp. maple syrup over pancakes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology 
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. baking powder 
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. molasses
  • Nonstick cooking spray 

Instructions

  1. Add Shakeology, ginger, and baking powder to a small mixing bowl; mix well.  

  2. Add almond milk, egg, and molasses; whisk until combined.   

  3. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; lightly coat with spray. Spoon batter evenly into skillet to form three small pancakes. 

  4. Cook for 2 minutes; flip. Cook for 2 additional minutes, or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
