Fast Food Shake Hack
There are few treats as comforting as a milkshake — but also few that are as calorically dense.
Sure, healthy eating is all about balance, but when a shake from your favorite fast food joint can run you close to 600 calories a pop, they start to feel less like a nostalgic treat and more like a setback.
However, that doesn’t mean shakes are entirely out of the equation. With a couple smart swaps and a scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, you can indulge in a superfood milkshake that packs 22 grams of protein and tastes just as good as the real deal. Sip this fast food shake hack as a casual treat or to cap off a meal or workout.
