Bike Burnathon: HIIT It! 

Crank up your calorie furnace and build speed and endurance with a high-intensity interval session that will put your focus and stamina to the test. It’s only 30 minutes from start to finish, so HIIT it hard and hold nothing back! 

Bike Burnathon: All Terrain (Fast Pass) 

This class starts out in the same way as our popular all-terrain rides, but it ends with a unique challenge: Fast Pass — a sequence of eight intervals, each of which requires you to imagine you’re passing the rider in front of you. Go get ’em!  

Bike Burnathon: Hills 

Your quads will be on fire by the time you finish this uphill battle. Embrace the burn to elevate your endurance, boost lower-body power, and torch fat.  

Bike Burnathon: Rhythm Ride 

Pedal to the beat of a fire playlist to take your fitness to a whole new level. This high-energy, rhythm-focused ride will remind you just how fun working out can be. 

Bike Burnathon: Teams & Timers  

Steep hills and all-out intervals await you in this fun, high-intensity cardio class that will leave your legs burning and heart pounding. Clip in and keep up as your instructor challenges you to push your limits and achieve a whole new level of fitness. 

Bike Burnathon 30: Hills (The Gear-Up) 

It’s time to head for the hills. In this challenging cardio workout, you’ll tackle simulated steep terrain that culminates in “The Gear-Up,” a final block of work that challenges you to conquer increasingly long climbs as you grind to the finish — and glory. 

Bike Burnathon: All Terrain (Power Up) 

Feel the adrenaline surge as you navigate through various landscapes, from steep climbs to exhilarating descents. And when you think you’ve given it your all, get ready for the ultimate challenge: the Power Up segment! Three intense intervals await, where you’ll have just two minutes to unleash your strength, elevate your heart rate, and ignite your determination.

Experience the benefits of an intense outdoor ride without ever leaving the great indoors. Rolling hills, fast sprints, steep climbs, and sustained surges will make sure you end your workout sweaty, breathless, and ready for more. 

Bike Burnathon: HIIT It! (Mad Minute) 

Clip in and enjoy the burn as you power through a series of intervals on your way to the “Mad Minute” finale — a series of intervals with 60-second work periods that will leave you heart pounding and endorphins pumping.
