Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml water
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
  • ¾ cup / 185 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ large banana, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Place water, ice, Shakeology, yogurt, and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
