Watermelon Popsicles
These simple watermelon popsicles are incredibly easy to make and are a great way to put that leftover melon to delicious use.
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped watermelon
- 1½ tsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Instructions

Place watermelon, honey, and lime juice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Strain watermelon mixture evenly into four ice pop molds; freeze for at least four hours, or until set.
