Watermelon Fruit Pizza
These IG-ready watermelon fruit pizzas are almost too pretty eat. (But it will happen, don’t worry.)
Let’s talk about the perfection of the watermelon for a second: It’s refreshing, sweet, and incredibly versatile — you can make watermelon smoothies, watermelon popsicles, watermelon granita…you get the picture.
For this watermelon “pizza,” Greek yogurt is the “sauce,” adds a pop of protein, and creates a tart-and-creamy contrast to the fruit.
Top it with fresh, juicy blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and kiwi and you’ve got a brilliant flavor profile.
Watermelon Fruit Pizza
For this watermelon “pizza,” Greek yogurt is the “sauce,” adds a pop of protein, and creates a tart-and-creamy contrast to the fruit.
Ingredients
- 1½- inch thick-sliced fresh watermelon, cut into 4 wedges (quarters)
- 4 Tbsp. reduced fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 4 medium strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup fresh blackberries
- 1 kiwifruit, cut into 4 slices
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Instructions

Spread each watermelon wedge with 1 Tbsp. yogurt. Top evenly with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and a kiwi slice.

Garnish with mint leaves; serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Variation: Skip the kiwi and increase blackberries to ½ cup.
