Avocado Ginger Shakeology
Blueberries, spinach, avocado, ginger, hemp seeds — this Avocado Ginger Shakeology smoothie has so many good things in it!
Blueberries and spinach help you get to your daily dose of fruit and vegetables.
A full serving of avocado gives it healthy fats that will help this satisfying shake keep you feeling full for hours.
For those who aren’t so sure about putting avocado (or spinach!) in a smoothie — trust us — you won’t taste them in this shake, and the added avocado imparts luxurious creaminess.
(Need to ripen an avocado quickly for your shake? Here’s how.)
Hemp seeds are an ingredient you may not have tried, but definitely should. These tiny, hulled seeds are available in many grocery and health food stores.
If you can’t find them, or you prefer to use something else, sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, or ground flax are great substitutes.
