Banana Nut Shakeology Mug Cake
This banana nut mug cake made with Vanilla Shakeology is the perfect way to start your day — or end a meal!
Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 large ripe banana (preferably with brown spots)
- 1 large egg
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 4 unsalted walnut halves, chopped
Instructions

Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

Add banana to mug; mash with a fork. Add egg; lightly beat with fork. Add Shakeology, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir until well incorporated.

Add walnuts; mix well.

Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
