Blueberry Tart Shake
For this Blueberry Tart Shake, all you need are blueberries, a scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, and a splash of cranberry juice for tartness, well, because chocolate.
Throw in some water and ice — done and done.
When making this Blueberry Tart Shake, make sure to use unsweetened cranberry juice and blueberries. These berries are plenty sweet on their own.
And if you’re making this on a hot day, use frozen blueberries or consider pouring them into popsicle molds and freezing for a treat!
If you’re not going to use a whole bottle of cranberry juice in a week, freeze what’s left in ice cube trays.
When you make your next smoothie, just add two cranberry ice cubes to the blender.
Blueberry Tart Shake
This tart 'n sweet blueberry smoothie is great for warm summer days!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup / 180 ml water
- ¼ cup / 60 ml unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- ½ cup / 75 g fresh (or frozen) blueberries
Instructions

Place water, cranberry juice, ice, Shakeology, and blueberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
