So, What Is a Super Block?
By now you’ve probably heard of BODi Blocks, each of which features 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks, followed by an “UP Week” (which stands for Unconditional Progress) to reset and recover.
A Super Block is when our Super Trainers remake one of their most popular programs in the BODi Block format.
This is your chance to revisit your favorite programs with new workouts and an entirely unique experience.
It’s all about giving you more of what you love, plus a little push to help get you where you want to go.
Why are Blocks such a breakthrough?
They’re based on block periodization, a proven approach to exercise and recovery that challenges you without overtraining. It’s all about helping you create consistency with your Health Esteem routine.
Your life is busy. Pretending you’re going to work out every day and never eat a cookie is silly.
So, we’re ditching the perfection mindset and bringing you programs that you can actually stick to because they work with real life. Really.

What is recommended for healthy eating with Super Blocks?

When can I access Super Blocks?
Super Blocks, with all workouts and videos available, start on the first Monday of the “start month” — you can start that day or any day after with a qualifying purchase.
In 2024, there will be 3 Super Blocks:
- 2B Mindset (January)
- Xtend Barre (March)
- Sure Thing (August)
All will be available for presale the 1st of the month prior to start date, meaning you can purchase or unlock, and get ready for your Super Block, the month before — or anytime after.
For example, for our March 2024 Super Block, Xtend Barre, presale begins on February 1, and the Super Block starts on March 4.
Once unlocked, that Super Block remains in your BODi library for as long as you have an active BODi subscription — but you need a BODi subscription to purchase, unlock, and access any Super Block. 2024 Super Blocks will be available in the BODi library a few months after launch.

How do I access Super Blocks?
There are a few ways you can unlock a Super Block, plus an additional Super Block, for free.
For starters, you can purchase a Total-Solution Pack or Completion Pack — The Essentials Collection is the perfect choice to build your Health Esteem routine. You can also access Super Blocks with your initial purchase of a qualifying nutrition subscription. ‡ With your Pack or initial nutrition subscription purchase, you get the two latest Super Blocks for FREE when you “Add to Cart.”
What if you already have a nutrition subscription? If you renew your qualifying subscription during a Super Block’s presale month, then you’ll unlock that upcoming Super Block for free. For example, with a renewal in July 2024, you will unlock the August 2024 Super Block, Sure Thing. Renewals will only qualify for a free Super Block during presale months.
What if you want just the standalone Super Block? You can access individual Super Blocks for $29 (prices vary by locale). However you choose to unlock this Super Block, you need to have an active BODi subscription to do so.

Sure Thing Super Block
Super Trainer Megan Davies guides you through 3 weeks of cardio and strength training 30 to 40 minutes a day to make your results a Sure Thing. This Super Block is a twist on Megan’s original program, bringing new moves with elevated intensity from higher reps and longer intervals.
The first week emphasizes endurance while the second week focuses on power-based moves. In the third week, you get the best of both — a hybrid of endurance and power workouts. Wrap up the Super Block with UP Week, with two more workouts and plenty of time to reset and recover.
With Megan’s down-to-earth, empowering workout style and upbeat personality, Sure Thing can make you feel like you’re working out with a best friend every day as she encourages you to say YES to you.

Xtend Barre Super Block
The Xtend Barre Super Block fuses barre and Pilates fundamentals to deliver cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility — all at the same time. For three weeks, you’ll do 30 minutes of low-impact, form-focused movements that tighten your muscles, get your heart pumping, and give you results you can see and feel.

You’ll start with targeted strength training, get sweaty and energized with all-out HIIT days, challenge every muscle with dumbbells and resistance loops, and do heart-pounding bodyweight moves with minimal rest.
Finish every week with classic strength training and bodyweight intervals to help build muscle and endurance, and torch fat. Jennifer’s high-energy Bike 1 Super Block is a spin on the Job 1 concept: 20 minutes of work, 5 rides each week for 3 weeks.

FOCUS T25 Super Block
The FOCUS T25 Super Block is 3 weeks of cardio, lower- and upper-body weighted and bodyweight moves, and dynamic core work that all intentionally progress week by week as you get stronger.
The original FOCUS T25 pushed your limits in 3 cycles — Alpha, Beta, and Gamma — with 25 minutes of cardio and strength.

For Beginners Only Super Block
In the For Beginners Only Super Block, Lacee Green builds you up from your very first workout with expert cues and encouraging words to guide you safely and effectively through a range of exercises.
As you progress into Week 2, she introduces more intensity — but still at your pace — with precise coaching in every move. You’ll build off these first weeks by taking all the movements you’ve learned and combining them in Week 3.
FBO is for you if you need to learn exercise fundamentals and want to fast-track your progress, or if you’re getting back into fitness after a break.
