Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • ½ large banana
  • ¼ medium ripe avocado
  • ½ cup / 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place Shakeology, banana, avocado, almond milk, and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. (If too thick, add additional almond milk.)

  2. Pour into a dessert cup; refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
