High-Protein Chocolate Mousse
This creamy chocolate mousse has an extra helping of protein!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 4 oz. / 115 g organic silken tofu
- 1 Tbsp. all-natural almond butter
- 1 medium strawberry, sliced (for garnish, optional)
Instructions

Place almond milk, Shakeology, tofu, and almond butter in food processor (or blender) and pulse until smooth.

Place mousse in a medium serving bowl; garnish with strawberry if desired. Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
