Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie
This decadent-tasting peanut butter chocolate pie recipe is delicious and healthier than most pies.
It’s also super easy to make — you don’t even need to turn on the oven!
It’s sweetened with bananas (a perfect way to use up those spotted bananas on your counter) and a touch of honey.
In addition to creamy Chocolate Shakeology, this no-bake peanut butter chocolate pie features tofu, peanut butter, bananas, honey, and a delicious graham cracker pie crust.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie
We created a healthier peanut butter chocolate pie! Each slice has 9 grams of protein, but it's so decadent, you'd never know it's good for you.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 12 oz. / 340 g organic firm (or silken) tofu
- 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
- ½ cup / 130 g peanut butter
- 2 large ripe bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
Instructions

Place milk, tofu, Shakeology, peanut butter, bananas, and honey in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Pour tofu mixture into pie crust; refrigerate for at least one hour, or until firm.

Cut into 12 servings.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 day, or freeze for up to 1 month. Let thaw 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
