Cookies & Creamy Cherry Cheesecake Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
- ⅓ cup / 80 g part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)
- ½ cup / 80 g frozen cherries, slightly thawed
- 1 Tbsp. crushed Graham crackers
Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, ricotta, and lemon peel in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; pour into serving glass.

Rinse out blender.

Place cherries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Pour into serving glass over bottom layer.

Garnish with Graham crackers. Serve immediately.
