Mike Lost 23.6 Pounds With Country Heat!

After losing his son, Mike realized he was starting to gain an unhealthy amount of weight. Then, after getting a concerning doctor’s report, he decided to try Country Heat with his wife. He lost 23.6 pounds in just 30 days! Read about his amazing experience below:

“It was one of the lowest times of my life. I lost my son the day after he was born. I had gained more weight than I’ve ever had, and my blood work came back with higher than anticipated cholesterol and triglycerides. I was well on my way to following many in my family’s footsteps with heart problems and diabetes. On the outside, I was the strong husband and father that I was supposed to be, but on the inside, I was in a dark place. The result was very evident in the mirror.

My wife, who I almost lost during her pregnancy with our son, maintained her desire to be healthy. Even the doctors said that if she hadn’t been living the healthy lifestyle by working out and eating well, she would not be here today. She continued to push me, even though she had been through an even harder time than I had. So, when Country Heat came out, she told me that we were doing it. I have her and four other children that need me in their lives!

Country Heat surprised me. I truly thought that it was going to be like the line dancing you see in movies. I also assumed it would be using music that I would absolutely hate. However, it was really upbeat, and there were music titles that I was familiar with. You move the entire time! But, because you’re moving to the music, you really don’t think about it until you’re already cooling down.

This program actually taught me moves from several different styles of dance. Autumn clearly broke down the move so that I caught on quickly. If you don’t get it the first time, no biggie. Just keep moving. I would follow the modifier until I felt like I got the move down. By the end of the first workout, I picked up on the new moves, and by the end of the second time doing the same workout, I was felt like I owned it!

I am absolutely blown away at how much has changed in my clothes, on the scale, and in the mirror. Clothes that were too tight for me to wear are now either fitting or are too loose. I’m 4 notches down on my belt! Almost every day, the number on the scale dropped. In just 30 days, I lost 23.6 pounds! Now, I know I’m living the life I can be proud of.”
