  • DIG DEEPER:30 Chest and Back — Burn out your chest and back with supersets and heavy weights in this 30-minute workout that will leave you in a pool of sweat. 
  • DIG DEEPER:30 Glutes — A 30-minute workout focused solely on your glutes! Get your mind right and make sure you have a good selection of dumbbells, because this workout is going to be a real asset to your exercise routine. 
  • DIG DEEPER:30 Shoulders, Bis, & Tris — Build muscle and shape your arms in this targeted workout full of supersets and DIG DEEPER moments that is sure to leave your upper body on fire. 
  • DIG DEEPER:30 Steady State Cardio 4 — Take a break from your weights and tune in to this low-impact cardio session that will burn calories and leave you sweaty.
