Hammer and Chisel Results: Mother of Three Loses 10 Pounds in One Round

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I am a mom of three children: a four-year-old, two-year-old, and six-month-old. I felt blah, like I had let go of the “me” I once knew. The body I once had was no longer there. I saw a flabby, loose-skinned version of me.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I wanted to see me for how I felt inside — strong and beautiful — but to show that on the outside too. To show my children what it’s like to be fit and healthy, and to not just give in to excuses. I was not about to let the excuse of being a mom of three get in my way.
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge?
My son called me fat. I would look at myself and imagine the possibilities of being fit, but how to get the body I craved for? That was a challenge. Then I was presented the Master’s Hammer and Chisel Challenge. It was the best thing I have ever done for my body, for me! The program, combined with amazing support from my Beachbody Coach and fellow Challenge members, helped me achieve the body I dreamed of. My son calls me “girl hammer.” I think that sums it up.
What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
Real results, fast! I started seeing results within the first week.
Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I am a healthier, stronger, fit, and beautiful version of me. I’m proud of the way I look and feel.
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I am a more confident woman, mom, and wife. The Master’s Hammer and Chisel has transformed me into the person I knew was hidden inside. I have a healthier lifestyle to share with my family. I am proud of myself to know that when I think I can achieve something, I will.
How did participating in a Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable?
The days I was down as soon as I logged in to the Group I found motivation, the drive to push harder, lift heavier, and give it my all. I was held accountable to do my part. I really believe that this Group is the reason I achieved the results I did.
How did your Team Beachbody Coach support you on your journey?
Cara was there for me every step of the way. She would reach out to check on me and to see how I’m doing. If I had questions, she was there. I am so thankful for the amazing support I received.
