P90X3 Results: Julio Got In Great Shape Before His Vacation

Julio Garcia participated in The Beachbody Challenge and won the $500 Daily Prize for July 16th!

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
My wife and I had a future trip to Punta Cana and we both wanted to get in shape. Luckily we saw our Coach post about a P90X3 Challenge Group and took the first step. It was destiny! The challenge was that I couldn’t workout at home. I committed to group workouts everyday, for 90 days! I kept my promise!

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I had incredible results. My body transformed throughout the entire lapse of the program. It was rewarding to see my abs and back reshape. I feel proud that I completed the program with my full commitment and got strong results.

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
My bond with my wife, my main workout buddy, increased. I feel like a different person; stronger, more motivated, and healthier.

How did participating in a Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable?
I was able to motivate others and I was motivated by everyone’s strengths. We bonded and became a team, like a family, holding each other accountable.
