- 1 scoop Chocolate Caramel Brownie Shakeology
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- 1 tsp. all-natural peanut butter
Instructions

Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

Add Shakeology, almond milk, egg, baking soda, and salt to mug; stir until well incorporated.

Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Top with peanut butter. Enjoy!
