This Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Eggnog with rum is a fun, festive way of celebrating the holidays with your loved ones.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 oz. rum (or bourbon)
- 1 packet Pumpkin Spice Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
Instructions

Crack egg into a bowl. Whisk in milk until well combined.

Pour egg mixture into a small pot over low heat. Whisk constantly, 3 to 4 minutes, until frothy. Set aside to cool, then transfer to refrigerator to chill at least 1 hour.

Place ice, egg mixture, rum, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
