Meet Keith B. He participated in The Beachbody Challenge® and won the $500 Daily Prize for February 3rd!
Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I have a degree in exercise. I felt pretty good about my body because I was drinking Shakeology and working out regularly. I have a very busy lifestyle. My wife and I both work full-time and we have two children. I work 6 days a week and still managed to exercise 4-5 times a week.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I was inspired to commit to the Body Beast program after Team Beachbody Coach Summit. Although I knew that Beachbody programs were extremely effective, I had never completed one. Mostly because I felt like I knew what I was doing. I mainly committed to a program to see what kind of results I could personally get with a full 90-day program. I felt that by experiencing it for myself, I would be able to relate to my customers and coaches who are committing to a program themselves.
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody® help you overcome that challenge?
I just was not getting the full results I wanted from doing my own thing. I wanted to put on more muscle. My workouts were taking much longer than I wanted, and I did not feel like I was pushing myself hard enough. I figured that by following a program, I would not have to do so much thinking about what exercises to do and what muscle groups to work each day. I could simply press play and just do what Sagi told me. This allowed me to give 100% of my physical effort to the routine and not have to worry about stopping and thinking of what exercise to do next.
What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
It fit my goals to a T and it allowed me to just follow the instructions and not have to slow down and waste energy thinking of what to do next.
Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I was able to put on lean muscle mass and achieve the physique that I was hoping for.
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
My confidence level is much greater, my physical strength has gone way up, and my belief in the effectiveness of Beachbody programs is without question.
