Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed yams (or sweet potatoes)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 fresh rosemary sprigs leaves removed and finely chopped, stems discarded
- nonstick cooking spray
- sea salt (or Himalayan salt) and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Combine yams, oil, and rosemary in a large bowl; toss gently to coat.

Place yams on a baking sheet that has been lightly coated with spray. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until tender.

Season with salt and pepper if desired.
