Peanut Butter Cup Oat Bars
These Peanut Butter Cup Oat Bars have the classic flavors of a chocolate brownie with a nutritious twist.
Creamy Chocolate Shakeology gives these yummy brownies a boost of dense superfood nutrition while rolled oats and all-natural peanut butter packs in the protein.
With the help of one ripe banana, these moist and delicious little treats make an ideal snack or dessert.
Peanut Butter Cup Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
- ½ cup / 40 g dry rolled oats
- ½ cup / 130 g all-natural peanut butter
- ½ large ripe banana, mashed
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Plastic wrap
Instructions

Combine Shakeology and oats in a large bowl; mix well.

Add peanut butter and banana; mix well with a spatula (or clean hands).

Place in an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) pan that is lightly coated with spray. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan. Freeze for 30 min.

Cut into 9 equal bars. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
