Snickerdoodle Shakeology is the key ingredient to these super simple superfood popsicles — creamy vanilla, mixed with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, plus light, refreshing coconut.
You only need three (yes, THREE!) ingredients to make these and something to keep you busy while you’re waiting for these gorgeous pops to freeze!

Coconut Spice Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology
- ⅔ cup / 160 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- ½ tsp. pure coconut extract
- 2 popsicle sticks
Instructions

Add Shakeology, coconut milk, and extract to a blender; cover. Blend until smooth; mixture will be thick. This can also be done in a tall glass using an immersion blender.

Divide Shakeology mixture evenly between two ice pop molds. Insert a popsicle stick into each pop. Freeze for 4 hours, or until hard.

Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
