Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- ¾ ¾ cup / 185 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 20 unsalted pistachios, chopped
- 1 tsp. cacao nibs
- Plastic wrap
Instructions

Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined.

Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with pistachios and cacao nibs.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces; serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
