Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Whey Shakeology
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 thin slice fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped (or 1 tsp. ground ginger)

Instructions

  1. Place milk, ice, Shakeology, extract, and ginger in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
