Strawberry Salad With Spinach and Feta
This easy, summery salad is full of contrasting flavors and textures: sweet strawberries, tangy feta, tart dressing, and crunchy almonds.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- ¾ tsp. dry mustard
- ½ tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sliced raw almonds
