Over the course of 2019, so many of you “pressed play” and did millions of Beachbody workouts.
So, to pump you (and ourselves!) up for 2020, we’re looking back at our top 10 workouts of 2019.
Some of our new fitness programs cracked the top 10, while a few classics were still making an impact.
(Spoiler alert: any good workout and sensible portion control never goes out of style).
Whether you were looking to get leaner and stronger in less than a month or only had 30 minutes to get a high-intensity workout in between commitments, we had the perfect program to help you smash your goals.

Some of you sweated through Jericho McMatthews’ Morning Meltdown 100 jam sessions, while others turned to Autumn Calabrese’s programs for fitness and nutrition advice that transformed your bodies.
