Transformation Tuesday: Francis Got Ripped with INSANITY and P90X

Francis A. lost weight and got ripped after a lifetime of struggling with his weight. With INSANITY and P90X, he lost 40 pounds and changed his entire life. Read his story in his own words below:

I felt embarrassed and always self conscious. I’ve struggled with weight most of my life, even after having periods of peak fitness after my training in the military. I felt unhappy with my physical state and constantly felt tired. I was overweight, my clothes did not fit and it did not feel good. It was hard not being able to play with my children for a long period of time. I felt bad because I was too tired once playing tag with my then 6-year-old son and his friends. That’s when I realized that my health was preventing me from doing what I love.

I heard about Beachbody programs from an infomercial back when P90X was still being advertised in VHS. Years ago I did a home workout that was nothing like P90X or Insanity. I had tried other home workout DVDs and none ever got me even close to the Beachbody programs. 

I completed one round of INSANITY and one round of P90X. Most of my weight loss was with Insanity, but the definition and strength came with P90X. I gained cardio endurance with Insanity. They were intense and it was unlike any other home workout video ever created. 

I reached my goal at 170 lbs. and and got a six-pack after completing P90X. I celebrated with doing a round of FOCUS T25 and started Body Beast. I took a vacation with my family and was proud to be fit and unashamed of my body. 

I enjoy fitness and being healthy. I workout 5-6 days a week and try many different programs. I am much more active and also feel good about how my clothes fit. I run races now, do other Beachbody programs, I participate in physical activities with my children. I live a much more fit lifestyle.
