Triple Berry Fro-Yo Shake
One of our favorite healthy breakfast smoothies, this Triple Berry Fro-Yo Shake features Greek yogurt and tangy dark berries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- ¾ cup / 185 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup / 70 g fresh (or frozen) blackberries
- ½ cup / 75 g fresh (or frozen) blueberries, reserve a small amount for garnish
Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, yogurt, blackberries, and blueberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a serving glass; garnish with reserved blueberries. Serve immediately.
