The program features effective, low-impact, high-energy workouts and more, to help prepare your body for labor, and guide you toward a healthy, fit pregnancy, and support postpartum recovery.

What Are the Workouts Like?

This program is designed to help you get STRONGER by your 3rd trimester than you were pre-pregnancy. Approachable for all fitness levels, the trimester-specific workouts have a modifier and an intensifier—no barre or ballet experience is required. Each workout delivers a full-body burn in under 30 minutes, PLUS a series of 10-minute enhancements offers targeted work on specific areas.

1. Reach out to your Coach to join an active Pre & Post Natal Barre Blend BODgroup. 2. Read the Pre & Post Natal Barre Blend Get Started Guide. 3. Watch the “Basics” videos in the Workouts section. 4. Get your equipment ready: light dumbbells (1–5 lbs.), resistance loops (light, medium, heavy), a mat, towel, and sturdy chair. Optional equipment: barre socks and “I AM” Daily Motivation Cards."
