What Are the Workouts Like?

Five days a week you'll do intense 45-minute workouts that combine six training elements: strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, agility, and mobility. Sweat will pour and your stamina will be tested, but if you want to achieve your ultimate total-body transformation, this is how you do it. Don't worry—you'll also get one rest day and one shorter active repair day for incredible mobility work.
