What Are the Workouts Like?

These six 30-minute workouts feature similar moves, and follow the same format, pace, and intensity, as 645. There are 4 total-body strength workouts, 1 mobility workout that will improve your range of motion and recovery, and 1 cardio workout that will leave you dripping with sweat. Each workout starts with an active warm-up that will get your body ready for the work to come. Give Amoila everything, and he’ll give you the most productive 30 minutes of your day. 630 can be done by itself, or added to your 645 commitment.
