What Are the Belle Vitale Workouts Like?

You’ll work out 5 days a week for 12 weeks doing a unique combination of Track Pilates, strength training, and cardio. The Track Pilates and strength workouts are 45-60 minutes, while the cardio workouts are around 20-30 minutes. The first component of the fitness program is Pilates using the Control Track. This at-home Pilates system helps you activate and engage every muscle with precision to build functional strength, flexibility, and a more balanced, mobile body. Equally important to Belle Vitale is strength training, these workouts maximize muscular strength and endurance while helping to build muscle mass and bone density. Up to once a week you’ll do high-intensity or steady state cardio workouts to help build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Autumn keeps these cardio workouts short, so the cortisol spike isn’t sustained for a long period of time. Together this combination of workouts helps build muscle strength and endurance, helps improve PMS symptoms, and helps to support healthy blood sugar levels, insulin sensitivity, and cortisol levels.

Tools and Equipment

Your Kit includes the Control Track, Pilates straps and 3 bands with varying levels of resistance, Strength Slides & Booties, and a core ball. This equipment allows you to mimic the moves you’d do on a $10,000 Pilates Cadillac or Reformer in boutique studio classes.
