New to indoor cycling? This is your ride! Fifteen minutes is all it takes to become familiar with the bike, learn essential terminology, and crush a fun, fast interval workout.

Bike For Beginners Only: Ride 2

This beginner-friendly cycling class builds on Cycle 1. You’ll perform slightly longer work intervals and learn new training techniques, but the result is the same: 15 minutes of moderate-intensity, high-energy fun that will leave you sweaty, smiling, and hungry for more.

Bike For Beginners Only: Ride 3

with Lacee Green

Embrace the burn as you build strength and cardiovascular endurance in this 20-minute cycling interval session. It’s the longest ride yet in the FBO series, but you’re getting fitter with every workout, so hold nothing back.

This ride combines hills and intervals in a workout that’s as challenging as it is fun. It’s 25 minutes to the finish line, and by the time you reach it, you’ll have the power, endurance, and confidence necessary to crush a full 30-minute cycling class.
