What are the workouts like?

Train on and off the bike in one heart-pumping 20-minute workout! The Job 1 Hybrid Calendar features 5 workouts that combine 10 minutes of targeted strength training with 10 minutes of cycling. You’ll need dumbbells, resistance loops, and a BODi Bike (or any other stationary bike) to do these routines. You can follow the Job 1 Hybrid Calendar on its own or feel free to stack any of these hybrid workouts onto any regular Job 1 workout for an extra challenge.
