Is Mes de Más Right for Me?

Mes de Más is for anyone who wants to get results in a month’s time just by adding a few healthy habits to each day. Lose weight and feel better fast using a simple formula anyone can follow: more movement, plus more nutritious food, more water, and more sleep…equals more results. All the workouts are in Spanish and Idalis even made the meal plan with her Latino community in mind, so you can enjoy the foods you know and love while getting the results you want.

What Are the Workouts Like?

Idalis brings the positive vibes in 24 super-effective, short workouts that leave you feeling confident and looking amazing. You’ll do a mix of cardio and resistance 6 days a week–no two workouts are the same and none is longer than 30 minutes. You’ll use your own body weight to focus on key areas, increasing in intensity as the weeks go by.

Read the Mes de Más Quickstart Guide to prepare for the program and download the Workout Calendar to see the day’s workout and track your progress. The Mes de Más Tracker and Nutrition Guide and accompanying Introduction to Nutrition videos will show you how to eat to optimize your results. All you need is a yoga mat for the workouts–you can use a sandbag to intensify some moves but it’s not required.
