The SHIFT SHOP is a breakthrough rapid-conditioning program that helps you see maximum results in minimal time, regardless of your age or fitness level. Chris starts you off slow, alternating between cardio and strength workouts. Then he gradually increases the intensity and refines your nutrition each week.
You’ll start off slow during Prep Week by doing 15-minute workouts, and set a baseline score with the Proving Grounds routines. Then, every week, you’ll increase the intensity and test your speed and strength as you get faster and stronger, doing everything you can to reach your best score.
