You’ll get 5 workouts a week, mixing lifting and cardio to strengthen your body as your increased muscle mass kick-starts your metabolism. Kick off the week with the ultimate leg day and end the week with a fun, high-energy EMOM. In between, you’ll get 2 days of core and 1 day of upper body. It's still about building muscle, burning fat, and grooving to the music with each rep. At the end of the 3 weeks, Megan keeps you working during UP Week with her Full Body Burn and Core Ignite workouts to help you keep moving and keep burning. Looking for an extra cardio boost? The fourth week of your Super Block is your UP Week, which stands for Unconditional Progress. This is the week your body recovers—take time off or do the 2 optional workouts to keep up your progress while giving your body time to repair. These options are designed to strengthen your inner motivation and mindset as you look ahead to new goals and build on this moment of feeling incredible.
