BODi LAVA is a 6-week program that gives you the full-body benefits of multiple training styles. Elise pours 20+ years of experience into making this 30-workout collection of power yoga and primal movement workouts accessible to anyone who’s ready to try something new. Five days a week, only 20 minutes a day, you’ll do workouts that increase in complexity and intensity as the weeks go on. Each workout style has a different focus—from endurance to cardio intervals, strength to balance, but once the clock starts you don’t stop for 20 straight minutes. And neither does the burn!

Tools & Equipment

There’s no equipment needed for BODi LAVA. Just bring your body weight, breath, and focus to get healthy results. Depending on your workout surface, you may want to use a yoga mat for comfort. You can also use yoga blocks as you work on your flexibility and stability. The BODi LAVA program also includes a Get Started Guide and workout calendar. All of these tools are designed to help maximize your results, so we recommend you download them, save them to your phone, or print them out.
