You have 2 workouts scheduled for the week, and you’re invited to try a Sample Workout of next month’s Super Block. We also encourage you to explore the Mindset tools and content—they’re here to help you strengthen your self-belief and create a life you’re excited to show up for. Known for her functional training workouts and heart-pounding classes, Jennifer will help you stay accountable and unleash your best self.
